We returned to our former
home (but different house/neighborhood) on October 19. It was very difficult leaving our wonderful friends and neighbors in Orem, Utah. We have a wonderful, small home that includes a 3-bay garage and shop, plenty of room to store things and have a wood-working shop. We are still getting settled; still many boxes to go through to see what can either be kept, sent to the landfill, or taken to D.I. We have a wood-pellet stove that works very well. We go out to eat less, and haven't gone to as many movies as we did while in Utah but the money we are saving in that regard is being spent on making the home comfortable. We are happy here, knowing we are doing what we feel is right.
We have been given the opportunity to serve in the Rexburg Temple. We are happy to be back in the temple on a regular basis.
Shopping isn't as readily accessible as we had in Orem; for me that is good, for Patricia it kind of leaves an empty spot.
